Grady Joseph
Co-founder & CEO
Prior to founding Disasters I/O, Grady served in key leadership roles at the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services and FEMA. He is a national leader in emergency management technology and led major modernization efforts at both the State and Federal levels to transform the way that communities respond to and recover from disasters.
Jake Joseph
Co-founder & Director of Field Operations
Jake has worked in emergency management for nearly a decade supporting communities countrywide on the front lines of disaster recovery. He is fueled a deep passion for aiding American communities through recovery field leadership roles in Public Assistance and the private sector on his path to co-founding Disasters I/O.
Art Haddad
CTO
Art is a mission-driven product evangelist with award-winning technology acumen. He has over 30 years of experience creating and managing cloud-based enterprise and SaaS products, having served as CTO of Locations Services at Esri.
Bill Roche
Advisor
During his 25 year career with FEMA, Bill served in senior executive positions including national Division Director of the Public Assistance Program, Deputy Regional Administrator at FEMA Region IX, and Federal Coordinating Officer for numerous major disasters.
